ONECOMPASS GAME PLAN

Find what's leaking.

One week · one plan
Clear next steps

The Game Plan is the simplest way to start: one week, we go through your whole business, find where you're losing leads, sales, or time, and hand you the plan to fix it. Ranked by money, yours to keep.

LengthOne week
Price$1,500 · credited toward the build
CoversLeads, website, follow-up, sales path, tools
OutputA written memo, yours to keep

02The Week

One week. One clear plan.

Same shape every time. The business changes; the question does not: what should be fixed first?

Discovery.

90-minute call plus a short questionnaire. You send links, screenshots, reports, and context. We learn how the business actually runs.

Review.

We trace the customer path from first touch to paid. Calls, forms, ads, website, customer records, follow-up, the way work moves between people, and reporting all get checked.

Memo.

Written memo. Findings, what to build first, what can wait, and the cleanest path for the next 90 days.

Walkthrough.

90-min call. We read the memo together, front to back. You get the document either way. No pressure to continue.
03What you get

A plan, not a deck.

At the end of the week you get a short memo: what is leaking, what to build first, and what the next 90 days should look like.

04The Fit

Best when there is something real to build on.

It works best when there is already traffic, a clear offer, customers, deals, or a team ready to build.

Good fitBusinesses and brands with momentum
  • Service businesses losing leads or missing follow-up
  • Brands and ventures with a real offer or clear launch plan
  • Brands that need a clearer website, launch, or system
  • Owners who want someone to build, not just advise
  • Teams willing to share real numbers on day one
Not a fitToo early, too vague, or advice-only
  • Pure ideas with no offer, buyer, or commitment to build
  • Teams looking for a pitch deck
  • People who only want advice, not action
  • Vague AI experiments with no business problem
  • Anyone unwilling to show the real numbers
05Questions

Common questions.

What does it cost?01

The Game Plan is $1,500, flat. If we continue into a build, the full $1,500 is credited toward it. If you take the plan and build in-house, that's fine too.

What happens after the Game Plan?02

Two paths. Most engagements continue into a build phase where we build the list together. Others take the memo and build it in-house. Both are fine. You own the document either way.

Do you sign an NDA?03

Yes. Mutual, short, one page. Sent the day we schedule kickoff. Case studies are only ever published with explicit written approval. Never by default.

What do you review?04

Calls, forms, ads, website, calendar, customer path, follow-up, reporting, and the way work moves through the team. The tools matter less than the leak.

Do you work with my existing tools?05

Almost always yes. If your team is on HubSpot, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Google Sheets, Airtable, or a messy mix, we start there and only replace what needs replacing.

What if I'm not ready for a full engagement?06

A lighter read exists when the problem is narrow. Mention it when you reach out and we will tell you if it fits. Most people should start with the Game Plan.

What's the guarantee?07

You get the plan at the end of the week, and if it doesn't find you at least $1,500 of recoverable leads, sales, or time, you don't pay. The plan is the product, and you own it either way.

How does pricing work after the Game Plan?08

The Game Plan is $1,500, credited to your build. Implementation is quoted in the plan and sized to what the business actually needs. Ongoing work is proposed only when there is something worth operating, such as follow-up, reporting, or campaign management. The model, cap, and minimum term are written out before work starts. You own everything we build.
