Hacienda Pinilla

The brief

Make a 4,500-acre coastal community easier to understand, browse, and inquire about.

Hacienda Pinilla is not a single product page. It is real estate, vacation rentals, amenities, event venues, lifestyle content, and several buyer paths. The concept rebuild organized those paths around what visitors came to do: own, stay, belong, plan, or ask.

OneCompass built the site as a polished operating surface: structured listings, property cards, rental pages, amenity sections, gallery assets, route metadata, and contact flows that can hand the right inquiry to the right team.

The interface

Separate paths, one visual world.

The site needed to carry a premium resort-community feeling without losing utility. Real-estate shoppers need maps, prices, filters, and property detail. Guests need rentals and amenities. Event planners need venues. The design keeps those jobs distinct while making the brand feel like one place.

What shipped

More than a prettier homepage.

The build covered the practical layers a property team needs before a site can become useful: structured data, route-specific SEO, asset matching, listing cards, inquiry points, privacy copy, robots, and sitemap output.

01 · Architecture

Clear route map.

Home, real estate, rentals, amenities, venue, gallery, blog, contact, and detail routes were organized around user intent.

02 · Listings

Property browsing.

Listing cards, property detail pages, neighborhood context, map UI, and inquiry entry points support high-consideration buyers.

03 · Content

Real imagery, real sections.

Photography was matched to the right subject: golf shows golf, beaches show coastline, and venues show event settings.

04 · SEO

Search foundation.

Route metadata, robots, sitemap, structured copy, and page-specific titles give the site a practical search foundation.

The place

Sell the coast, then make the next step obvious.

Luxury real estate pages can get vague fast. The Pinilla concept keeps the emotional layer grounded in actual places: beach club, golf course, lagoon, coast, venues, and homesites.

For real-estate operators, this is the useful layer: premium brand, searchable pages, browsable inventory, and cleaner inquiry paths.
