Where this comes from.
Our founder spent fifteen years behind a barber chair. Around 75,000 haircuts, a shop built from scratch, a team, and eventually a profitable exit. Running a service business is the family trade here, not a market we researched.
Then the internet.
Brands born online, taken into the real world. Products, events in four countries, platforms, and the operations behind them. That era taught us distribution and what technology can automate when nobody is watching.
Now.
We put both together. AI answers the phone, follow-up books the job, attribution shows the receipts. For our flagship roofing client, every call was being answered by day fourteen, and every invoice we send is backed by a report that shows the work line by line.
Who runs it.
OneCompass was founded by Brando (@0xBrando). Barber, operator, builder. He works from Tokyo. The systems run everywhere.
