Where this comes from.
Our founder spent fifteen years behind a barber chair. Around 75,000 haircuts, a shop built from scratch, a team, and eventually a profitable exit. Running a service business is the family trade here, not a market we researched.
Then the internet.
Brands born online, taken into the real world. Products, events in four countries, platforms, and the operations behind them. That era taught us distribution and what technology can automate when nobody is watching.
Now.
We put both together. For Bakeris Roofing, our work connects AI call answering, lead follow-up, ad campaigns, and reporting. We help the team see what needs attention and give the owner a clearer view of the work.
Who runs it.
OneCompass was founded by Brando (@0xBrando). Barber, operator, builder. He works from Tokyo. The systems run everywhere.
