Commercial Kitchen Build · APEX

Make a complex build easy to enter.

OneCompass is turning a broad construction presence into a focused commercial-kitchen growth path, from first search to project handoff.

Built and in launch preparation.

The website is complete as a protected preview while domain, lead-routing, analytics, redirects, and final publishing approvals are resolved.

In development

The brief

Turn specialist construction knowledge into a clear first decision.

Commercial-kitchen projects cross leases, layouts, equipment, exhaust, utilities, trades, permits, and inspections. The website had to meet an owner before the drawings existed, help them identify their starting point, and collect enough context for APEX to respond intelligently.

The interface

Industrial clarity, without contractor clutter.

Warm paper, near-black structure, signal orange, and condensed display type give the site the directness of a job board and the discipline of an engineering set.

A focused offer, useful project briefs, a measured lead path, and a controlled launch.

01
Find

Commercial kitchens own the search and sales entry point.

02
Qualify

Address, lease stage, scope, timing, and plans arrive before the first call.

03
Measure

Lead source and outcome stages stay with each opportunity.

04
Launch carefully

Domains, redirects, and lead delivery change only after QA.
