Website and Campaign Measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and form activity. We also retain campaign labels, advertising click identifiers, the landing page, and the referring website in your browser's session storage. If you send an inquiry, those details accompany the form so we can understand which sources bring inquiries. We do not include your name, email, or message in our custom analytics events.

Our contact form is delivered through Web3Forms. Form information and its campaign details are used to respond to your request and measure our marketing.

If you allow Microsoft advertising cookies, we use Microsoft Advertising's Universal Event Tracking to measure page visits and successful inquiry submissions. Microsoft receives browsing and device information and advertising identifiers, and may use this data for advertising and measurement under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message contents in our Microsoft conversion events. Enhanced conversions and Microsoft Clarity are not enabled.

You can decline Microsoft advertising cookies and still use the site and contact form. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. We honor your browser's Global Privacy Control signal for Microsoft tracking. Changing this choice does not change the separate Google Analytics measurement described above.

We protect client information using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. We only access client systems for agreed work, support, monitoring, or troubleshooting.
