Six luxury villas at Hacienda Pinilla, Costa Rica. The bookings lived on Airbnb. The margin lived in booking direct.
We built a direct-booking site that takes the guest straight to the owner. Real-time availability, honest pricing, Airbnb sync, and inquiry details ready before the first message.

The design
The site leads with the villas, the coast, and the feeling of the stay. Then it makes dates, pricing, and the next step easy to understand.
The booking flow
Four pieces carry the booking flow: open dates, clear pricing, Airbnb sync, and owner follow-up. A guest checks dates and reaches the owner with the basics already handled.
01 · Availability
Guests can see which dates are open before they ask. Airbnb-blocked dates stay protected, so nobody requests a night that is already gone.
02 · Pricing
Nightly rate, cleaning fee, service fee, tax, and deposit are shown before the inquiry. The guest sees the real number early.
03 · Calendar sync
Airbnb blocks flow into the site, and direct bookings flow back out. The owner does not have to manually protect the same dates twice.
04 · Owner view
Bookings, guests, deposits, and invoices are in one owner view. The owner reads it and handles the rest over WhatsApp.
The world around it
The site sells the stay and the surroundings. The beach club, the cafe in the trees, the wildlife that wanders through. A curated set of experiences sits alongside the rooms.
