The Rundown · v1

A full operational audit of your business. In one week.

I take your business apart across twenty angles: ops, ad spend, funnels, stack, data, team load, inbound flow, the founder bottleneck. What I find becomes a ship list, a phased plan, and a written memo you can act on with or without me.

Fixed scope, week-long engagement. Investment sized to the business · next window opens May 5.

02 · The Week

Seven days. No slides. A memo at the end.

Day 1 · 2

Discovery.

90-min call plus an async questionnaire. You send me access, dashboards, context. I read everything before I open a tool.

Day 3 · 5

Rundown.

Aether — the audit tool I built for this — runs on your business. I look at ops, ad markets, inbound flow, stack, and where AI earns its keep. Nothing is off-limits.

Day 6

Synthesis.

Written memo. Ship list, ordered. Phased plan with timelines. A proposal for what comes next, if we move forward.

Day 7

Walkthrough.

90-min call. We read the memo together, front to back. You get the document either way. No pressure to continue.

03 · The Fit

The Rundown is a narrow door.

Not everyone should book. Read this honestly. It saves us both a week.

This works for

  • Founder-led businesses, $1M to $5M ARR
  • Creators with real inbound volume and a team
  • Operators who need someone to build, not advise
  • Companies where the founder still owns the P&L
  • Teams willing to share real data on day one

This doesn't

  • Pre-revenue ideas looking for validation
  • VC-funded companies wanting strategy decks
  • Anyone looking to offload accountability
  • "Help us use ChatGPT" requests
  • Anyone who needs a pitch deck more than a plan
04 · What you get

A memo, not a deck.

On Day 6 you get a document between eight and twelve pages, written end-to-end by me. No templated slides. No consulting frameworks. Specific enough that a new hire could read it and understand the business.

  • 01Findings. What's leaking money, attention, or leverage right now.
  • 02Ship list. Concrete systems to build, ordered by impact-per-week.
  • 03Phased plan. 30 / 60 / 90-day sequence, with honest dependencies.
  • 04Stack notes. Tools to keep, tools to cut, tools to add.
  • 05Proposal. If we work together after: scope, price, timeline.

05 · Questions

Things people ask before they book.

01
What happens after the Rundown?
Three paths. Most engagements continue as a Studio Retainer, where we ship the list together. Some founders take the memo and build it in-house. Both are fine. You own the document either way.
02
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Mutual, short, one page. Sent the day we schedule the kickoff call. Case studies are only ever published with explicit written approval. Never by default.
03
What tools do you use?
Aether — the audit tool I built — for the audit pass. Claude and GPT for the drafting layer. Eight agents I've spent a year training for the work between. The tools change. The memo doesn't.
04
Do you work with my team's existing stack?
Almost always yes. I'm opinionated but not religious. If your team is on HubSpot, we stay on HubSpot. I'll tell you what I'd rather, and then I'll build against what's there.
05
What if I'm not ready for a full engagement?
A lighter read exists: a half-day inquiry for $1,500 to $3,000, quoted per case. Not on the website. Mention it when you reach out and I'll tell you if it fits. Most people should book the Rundown.
06
What's the guarantee?
You receive the memo on Day 6 or your money back. No debate, no exit interview. I've refunded once. It's the easiest guarantee in this business, because the memo is the product, and I write it myself.

If this reads like a fit, take the slot.

Two founders per quarter. Booking opens May 5. Average time-to-memo, seven calendar days.
