Say hello.
The studio reads every note. Most get a reply inside three working days. Be specific. The better the question, the better the answer.
A proper intake.
This form goes straight to the operator. No intake-form CRM, no bot sorting. I read them in the order they arrive. Keep it brief; we'll dig on the call.
Before you write.
Four questions I get every week#01How fast will I hear back?+
Almost always inside forty-eight hours on a working day. Tokyo time, so if you write me at 3pm on the US east coast, tomorrow is fine. I read every note personally. If it's been more than three working days, assume it went to spam and write again.
#02Do I have to start with a Rundown?+
Yes. Every engagement begins with one. It's a week, it's a fixed investment, it's non-negotiable, and it's refundable if the memo doesn't earn its keep. Nothing good gets built without first looking at what's there.
#03What should the first note contain?+
The real shape of the problem, in your own words. A link or two if useful. A sense of timeline and budget, even rough. You don't need a spec or a brief; those are what the Rundown produces. If you had a tidy brief, you wouldn't need me.
#04Can you sign an NDA first?+
Not for a first conversation. A mutual NDA comes naturally at the start of an engagement. If your situation genuinely can't be described without one, that's a signal we should probably not be the first call. Internal counsel usually is.
Door's open. Write when you're ready.
